Jo is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified in 1986. She worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist, specialising in Orthopaedics and musculo-skeletal conditions for the Health Service for over 25 years.

Privately, she offers cortico-steroid and hyaluronic injections to joint and soft tissue problems. She qualified in InjectionTherapy in 1996 and in prescribing in 2017.

Nicola Shaw covers Jo's clinics when she is unavailable, She qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1996 and in injection therapy in 2009 and in prescribing a few years ago . She too is highly qualified and works as a Consultant Physiotherapist in the NHS alongside working privately as a physiotherapist.

As Jo and Nicola are independent prescribers, there is no need to get a referral or prescription from your doctor, you can self refer and after the initial telephone conversation, it is usually a 'one stop shop'. They are fully trained and insured in all aspects of their treatments.
